Nabil Chaib Draa founded Vetiver Without Borders and serves as President and Secretary. He has worked with vetiver since 2008, alongside broader experience in agroforestry, permaculture, farming, and ecological restoration.

For Nabil, vetiver is not an abstract environmental idea. It is a practical grass that can help hold soil in place, slow runoff, stabilize vulnerable land, and give communities a low-cost tool they can learn to use locally.

His role is to keep VSF focused on education, field learning, partnerships, and clear public communication so more projects can move from interest to real use on the ground.
